Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from magnusalpha.com. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact them for their return policies.

2. Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Log in to your Magnus Alpha account on our website.
Go to your Order History and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
Click on "Initiate Return" and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you made your purchase as a guest, please contact our customer support team at support@magnusalpha.com to initiate your return.

  • An Authorized Return Form will be assigned to you (ARF Form)
  • Please fill out the form and send it back with the product you wish to return
  • Note Failure to fill out the form may cause delay on you refund or exchange

3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your package, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. Refunds and Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item, minus any applicable restocking fees.

5. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
